DTF Hot Melt Powder Description
DTF Powder Product model: DS220
Adhesive Property: DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder is formulated to have excellent adhesive properties, allowing it to bond effectively with both the PET film and the fabric during the transfer process. It provides a strong and durable bond between the printed design and the fabric, ensuring good washability and resistance to peeling or cracking.
Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU): TPU is a versatile material known for its elasticity, durability, and resistance to various environmental factors. In DTF printing, TPU-based adhesive powder is used due to its ability to adhere well to different fabric types and its compatibility with the PET film and inks used in the process.
Activation by Heat: The DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder requires the application of heat to activate its adhesive properties. During the transfer process, the printed PET film with the adhesive powder is placed onto the fabric, and heat is applied using a heat press machine. The heat activates the adhesive, causing it to melt and bond with the fabric fibers.
