DTF PET Film, also known as color inkjet film or digital printing film, is an essential consumable in the Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing process. This cutting-edge digital printing technology enables the transfer of high-quality, vibrant designs onto various textiles and substrates. The film serves as the carrier for printed images before transfer to the final product, ensuring design quality and accuracy.
The printing process involves applying water-based color ink and white ink directly onto the film using a DTF printer to create beautiful color patterns. After printing, hot melt adhesive powder is sprinkled, shaken, dried, and then transferred using an ironing board.
