DTF Film Roll, also known as color inkjet film or digital printing film, is an essential consumable in the Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing process. The film serves as the carrier for printed images before transfer to the final product, ensuring design quality and accuracy.
The printing process involves applying water-based color ink and white ink directly onto the film using a DTF printer to create beautiful color patterns. After printing, hot melt adhesive powder is sprinkled, shaken, dried, and then transferred using an ironing board.
