Printing Process
Design Preparation:
Designs are printed onto the PET film using specific DTF-compatible inks, ensuring accurate replication of intricate patterns and graphics.
Adhesive Application:
DTF adhesive powder is applied over the printed design on the film to facilitate adhesion during the transfer process onto the substrate.
Transfer Technique
Heat Transfer:
The PET film with the printed design and adhesive powder is placed on top of the substrate and heat pressed, allowing the ink and adhesive to bond securely with the substrate.
Peeling Process:
After the heat transfer, the PET film is peeled away, leaving the design affixed to the substrate, producing a professional and durable finish.
