Hot melt adhesive film for Water repellent fabric
If water is dispersed into small droplets on clothing fabrics, backpacks, shoe upper, etc., and then slides down, it is usually because the fabrics used have been treated with water repellent, and at the same time the fabrics must have good air permeability and moisture permeability. Therefore, the surface of water repellent fabrics is dense and difficult to bond.
We have developed a new material for this purpose. The hot melt adhesive with strong wetting ability meets the requirement of the adhesive.Hot-melt adhesive film is made of polymer copolymer as the basic resin, adding tackifier and other components. The thickness of the adhesive layer is uniform. The product is similar to double-sided adhesive. It is solid at room tmperature and does not stick to hands. Electric iron or hot press equipment, after heating the adhesive melts to produce viscosity, and then cooling for a period of time, after its solidification can be two things firmly adhered.
It can be heated by electric ironing, steam ironing, hot press, hot roller (liner press), high frequency pressing, high cycle wave and other equipment.
1. The operation temperature of the glue film is 140-180 C, and the surface of the water repellent cloth should be dry and oil-free.
2. Apply the adhesive film to the sticky material and heat it to the temperature above the melting point.
3. Heating to the melting temperature above, then add another adhesive surface and press it properly.
4. After cooling, curing is finished.
