This product is a thermoplastic hot melt adhesive specifically developed for on line labeling for PET bottles (for drink containing soda pop). Supplied as a solid at room temperature, it is melted in a hot melt applicator and applied by spraying or wiping onto the lap seal area of the sleeve label on PET bottles. Upon cooling, it cures instantly to form a secure bond.

It is primarily used in mineral water, beverage, and purified water PET bottle full‑wrap sleeve labeling lines, and is compatible with a wide range of shrink film materials.

The intact packing material can be stored indoor for 24 months, from the date of manufacture, in its original packages under dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature below 35⁰C and above 5⁰C. Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.

Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination. The material is applied hot. Appropriate personal protective clothing and eye protection are strongly recommended to prevent burns. Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes generated. Rotate stocks and using the oldest stock first.
