This industrial-grade CZ Purlin Roll Forming Machine provides a high-efficiency automated fabrication solution for producing C, Z, U, and L-shaped steel purlins used in modern steel structure framing. Designed to process high-tensile galvanized and cold-rolled steel coil up to 1000 mm in working width, this line combines uncoiling, strip leveling, hydraulic bolt-hole punching, multi-pass roller forming, and flying hydraulic shearing into one continuous workflow.
The Howann purlin line features a fast-change mechanical rotation system, allowing operators to switch between C and Z channel profiles within minutes without complete tooling tear-downs. Driven by an interactive PLC control system with high-resolution encoder feedback, the machine guarantees exact hole placement, precise flange angles, and tight length tolerances (±1.0 mm).
Built with SAE 1045 steel - hard chrome plated for enhanced durability and greater wear resistance to the rolls, ensuring optimal product shape. The transmission is powered by chains and a 4KW motor. Regular lubrication is required.
Cutting System
