slant bed CNC lathe is a high-precision and efficient fully automatic lathe. Equipped with multiple workstation turrets or power turrets, the lathe has a wide range of machining performance, suitable for turning disc and shaft parts. It can perform precision machining of complex processes such as straight lines, arcs, metric and inch threads, multi head threads, multi prisms, multi end faces, and multi angles, and has played a good economic effect in large-scale production of complex parts.
1. The linear rolling guide rail of the slant bed CNC lathe meets high-speed requirements, reduces friction resistance and temperature rise deformation, improves machining accuracy, and ensures long-term stability of turning machining accuracy. 2. The slant bed CNC lathe adopts domestic or imported high rigidity horizontal turret tool holders, with high positioning accuracy and small re cutting deformation. 3. The slant bed CNC lathe adopts an overall inclined bed structure, and continuous processing can still better maintain the stability of machine tool accuracy.
Bed: One-piece resin sand casting, 45 inclined layout, high rigidity and good vibration damping; chips slide off by their own weight, ensuring smooth chip removal and preventing chip accumulation. Guide Rails and Lead Screws: X/Z axes are equipped with roller linear guides and C3-grade precision ball screws as standard. The screw ends are pre-tensioned and locked to eliminate thermal deformation gaps; X/Z rapid traverse speed is 24m/min, providing high positioning accuracy. Spindle Unit (A2-5 Spindle Head): Spindle bore 48~52mm, standard 6-inch hydraulic chuck, maximum bar stock 40mm; Spindle motor 5.5kW, spindle speed 35~3000rpm.
