Product introduction:
The raw materials of Powder coating are resins, pigments, fillers, harderner ect. Compared with lyquid paint, powder coating is environmental friendly and can reduce costs. Powder coating can form a harder finish than conventional paint and can be applied more efficient.
Thermosetting powder coating is suitable for surface coating and decoration of metal (steel or aluminum) items, it is applied to the part or component by electrostatic spraying equipment. In a subsequent curing process, the powder coating is melted and chemically cross-linked at substrate temperatures of 180°C to 200°C.
