Question: How can I confirm whether the product I made is consistent with the customer's design? Can I change the mold?
Answer: After receiving mold fees, our technicians will provide 2D or 3D renderings for customer confirmation. Modifications can be proposed before official mold opening. During mold opening, if modifications are requested after drawing confirmation, rework costs will be borne by the customer.
