Can you provide free samples?
Samples are not free, but the sample fee will be refunded from your next batch order.
How much is the courier fee for samples?
Express freight depends on quantity, weight, carton size, and destination area. We provide freight quotes for reference.
How many days for proofing? How many days does it take to get the goods?
Proofing generally takes 7 days. Bulk production takes 10-15 days depending on quantity. Expedited production is available at additional cost.
How can I confirm whether the product I made is consistent with the customer's design? Can I change the mold?
After receiving the mold fee, we provide 2D or 3D renderings for customer confirmation. Modifications can be made before official mold opening. During mold opening, customer-requested changes may incur additional costs.
