Samples are not free, but we refund the sample fee from your next batch order.

Express freight depends on quantity, weight, carton size, and destination area. We provide quotes for reference.
How many days for proofing? How many days does it take to get the goods?
Proofing generally within 7 days. Bulk goods take about 10-15 days depending on quantity. Expedited production available for urgent orders.

We provide 2D or 3D renderings for confirmation before mold opening. Modifications during mold opening due to customer requests incur additional costs.
