How many days for proofing? How many days does it take to get the goods?
Proofing generally within 7 days, depending on product design complexity. Bulk goods typically 10-15 days, depending on quantity. Urgent orders available with expedited production costs.
How can I confirm whether the product I made is consistent with the customer's design? Can I change the mold?
After receiving mold fees, we provide 2D or 3D renderings for customer confirmation. Modifications can be proposed before official mold opening. During mold opening, if modifications are requested after drawing confirmation, rework costs will be borne by the customer.
