Answer: Proofing is generally within 7 days, depending on the complexity of the product design, bulk goods are generally about 10-15 days, depending on the quantity, such as urgent orders can increase the cost of expedited production.
Question: How can I confirm whether the product I made is consistent with the customer's design? Can I change the mold?
Answer: After receiving the mold fee, our company will arrange the mold technicians to draw 2D or 3D renderings to the customer for confirmation. Before the official mold opening, the customer can propose amendments. If our company can achieve it technically, modification of the mold plan; during the mold opening process, if the mold drawing is confirmed due to the customer's reasons, the modification is proposed, and the cost of the mold rework will be borne by the customer.
