Is the price on the website a customized price? What is the minimum order quantity?
The price on the website is a symbolic price. The exact price is calculated according to specific requirements. The mold fee and version fee will be refunded if the order exceeds a certain amount. Generally, the MOQ is 100 sets, and the price below the MOQ varies according to different quantities!
What is the format of the design draft for customized customer products?
The design draft must provide vector files such as AI/CDR/PDF.
Can you provide free samples?
The sample is not free, but we will refund the sample fee from the next batch order.
How much is the courier fee for samples?
The express freight depends on the quantity, weight, carton size and your area. We can quote the freight for your reference.
How many days for proofing? How many days does it take to get the goods?
Proofing is generally within 7 days, depending on the complexity of the product design. Bulk goods are generally about 10-15 days, depending on the quantity. For urgent orders, we can expedite production with additional costs.
How can I confirm whether the product I made is consistent with the customer's design? Can I change the mold?
After receiving the mold fee, our company will arrange mold technicians to draw 2D or 3D renderings for customer confirmation. Before official mold opening, the customer can propose amendments. If technically achievable, we can modify the mold plan. During mold opening, if modifications are requested after mold drawing confirmation due to customer reasons, the cost of mold rework will be borne by the customer.
