Solution: We offer an M42 Grade with 8% Cobalt. Cobalt significantly increases "red-hardness," allowing the hole saw to maintain its edge even when cutting through tough materials like 304 stainless steel at high speeds.
Challenge: "The tool vibrates too much, causing an uneven hole."
Solution: Our Variable Pitch Teeth (4/6 TPI) design breaks the harmonic frequency during drilling. This stabilizes the cut, reduces operator fatigue, and produces a cleaner, more accurate hole diameter.
Challenge: "Cores get stuck inside the saw and are hard to remove."
Solution: Every hole saw features wide side slots (Ejection Slots). These allow for easier chip removal and provide a convenient leverage point to pop out the wood or metal core after the cut is complete.

Q: Can I use this hole saw on Stainless Steel?
A: Yes, but we strongly recommend our M42 (Cobalt) version for stainless steel. Always use a low RPM and plenty of cutting oil to prevent the material from work-hardening.
Q: Why is my hole saw wobbling during the cut?
A: This is usually due to an improperly tightened arbor or a dull pilot drill bit. Ensure the pins on the arbor are fully engaged into the holes on the base of the saw.
Q: Does the set come with arbors?
A: We offer both individual saws and complete kits. Kits usually include the most popular sizes (19mm - 76mm) along with 2-3 standard arbors and a pilot drill.
