The Problem: When boring medium-to-large 35mm holes, the cutting resistance increases significantly. Standard bits often "grab" or "bite" into the material unevenly, causing the drill to kick back (recoil) suddenly.

Triple-Edge Cutting System: Our 35mm series utilizes a specialized tooth arrangement divided into Outer, Middle, and Inner edges. This divides the 35mm cutting path into three manageable stages, reducing individual tooth load and eliminating the "grabbing" effect for a smooth, milling-like finish.
Enhanced Chip Evacuation Ports: We have widened the side evacuation slots specifically for the 35mm model. These utilize centrifugal force to eject hot chips instantly, protecting the carbide tips from heat-related failure during continuous production runs.
Anti-Slip Triangular Shank: The 10mm triangular (three-flat) shank provides a mechanical lock within the drill chuck. This ensures 100% torque transfer and prevents the tool from spinning in the chuck during high-load boring in 20mm steel plates.

Q: Can this 35mm saw be used with a standard cordless drill?
A: Yes, but only if the drill has a low-speed high-torque gear (Setting 1) and a side handle. High speeds will burn the carbide tips, while the side handle is necessary to manage the torque.
Q: Why is TCT better than Bi-Metal for 35mm holes?
A: Bi-metal saws use "scraping" teeth that blunt quickly in hard metals. TCT saws use "milling" carbide tips that stay sharp 10x longer and provide a much higher degree of circular accuracy and edge cleanliness.
Q: Does the 35mm slug get stuck in the cup?
