1. Problem: "Melt-Out" and Opaque 3D Finishes in Plastics

 

 

  • The Problem: When CNC operators attempt to carve complex 3D shapes, lettering, or spherical molds into thermo-plastics (like Cast Acrylic, Polycarbonate, or PVC) or very soft aluminum, heat is the enemy.
