Product description
The feed of the oilfield is successively fed into the inner cylinder of the conveying screw from the feed pipe, and then enters the bowl after being accelerated. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the heavier solid phase is accumulated on the wall of the bowl to form a sediment layer. The conveying screw pushes the accumulated solid phases to the cone end of the rotating bowl from time to time, and discharges them out of the machine through the slag discharge port. The lighter liquid phase forms the inner liquid ring, which overflows the bowl from the overflow port at the large end of the bowl, and is discharged out of the machine through the liquid discharge port. The three-phase decanter centrifuge can continuously feed, separate, wash and discharge materials at full speed. It has the characteristics of compact structure, continuous operation, stable operation, strong adaptability, large production capacity, and convenient repair. It is suitable to separate the solid phase with particle size greater than 0.005mm and the concentration range is 2-40% suspension.
