The HLSEP HL-DS10000SC represents the next generation of industrial separation technology with its fully automatic self-cleaning sludge discharge system. This 10000L/H disc stack separator centrifuge eliminates manual cleaning downtime through programmable timed ejection cycles, enabling true 24/7 continuous operation for fuel oil purification, marine bilge water treatment, and high-volume chemical processing applications.
The self-cleaning mechanism uses a hydraulically actuated sliding piston bowl bottom that opens on PLC command to eject accumulated sludge, then reseals in under 2 seconds. This design eliminates the need for operator intervention and manual bowl cleaning, reducing labor costs and process downtime. The integrated vibration monitoring system with automatic shutdown protects the centrifuge from imbalance damage.
