Featuring full SS316L stainless steel construction with food-grade surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm), this centrifuge meets the stringent hygiene requirements of food, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical algae processing.
The HL-DS5000A achieves 5000L/H throughput with spirulina slurry at 0.5-2% dry solids concentration, delivering concentrated biomass at 8-15% solids in a single pass. The gentle separation mechanism preserves cell integrity, maintaining product quality for high-value nutraceutical and food ingredient applications. Variable frequency drive option enables fine-tuning of bowl speed for different algae strains.
