Constructed with SS316L stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance, this centrifuge effectively removes water, wear particles, and oxidation sludge from lube oil systems, significantly extending oil service intervals and protecting critical machinery components.
The HL-DOS5000L typically extends lube oil change intervals by 3-5x compared to conventional filtration-only maintenance,reducing both oil procurement costs and waste oil disposal volumes. Real-time water removal prevents oil emulsification and additive depletion, while continuous solids extraction maintains ISO 4406 cleanliness levels of 16/14/11 or better in properly sized systems.
