The HLSEP HL-DOS2000T is a mobile disc oil separator centrifuge with integrated vacuum dehydration, purpose-engineered for on-site transformer insulating oil purification. Combining centrifugal solids removal with vacuum moisture extraction, this compact cart-mounted system restores aged transformer oil to IEC 60422 standard specifications, extending transformer service life and preventing dielectric breakdown failures.
The HL-DOS2000T enables transformer oil reclamation without draining or transporting oil off-site, reducing maintenance downtime from weeks to days. The combined centrifugal-vacuum process achieves 2000L/H throughput, treating a typical 10MVA transformer oil volume (8000-12000L) in a single 4-6 hour processing session. Integrated oil sampling ports allow real-time dielectric strength verification during treatment.
