How to know if a centrifuge is bad?
If the centrifuge begins to shake or wobble, it is off-balance and you should stop it immediately. A little vibration is normal, but excessive amounts can mean danger. Once you have stopped the centrifuge, first double check to see if you have correctly balanced the tubes or plates in the rotor or buckets.

The three-phase working principle
The bowl and screw make high-speed rotation with a certain differential speed between them. The materials will enter the bowl from the feed tube. Under the action of centrifugal force field, the liquid of the high specific weight will accumulate on the inner walls if the bowl, and be discharged through the centripetal pump or overflow plate. The liquids of low specific weight will form an inner liquid ring, stick to the surfaces of heavy liquids, and be discharged from the overflow channel. Under the action of the spiral material pusher, the solids in the materials will be continuously pushed to the taper end of the bowl and discharged from the residue outlet after going trough the drying area.
