Auto Sliding Microwave Tube Furnace HY-ZGS1512 With Fast Heating / Cooling Rates
HY-ZGS1512 is a auto sliding microwave tube furnace with a quartz working tube that can work continuously under 1150°C.
The sliding system of HY-ZGS1512 allows the furnace body to slide from one side to the other side, which ensures the furnace to reach a fast heating and cooling rates.
For fast heating process, the furnace shall be firstly pre-heated to a certain temperature and then automactically slide to the heating sample.
For fast cooling process, the furnace shall slide to the opposite side of the sample when heating process is finished.
HY-ZGS1512 provides various atmosphere conditions such as vacuum, air, inert gas as well as weak reducing gas (mixed atmosphere).
HY-ZGS1512 can be applied to a range of applications that require processing flexibility with fast heating and cooling rates.
