RO (Reverse Osmosis) pre-treatment high-flow filter cartridges, used in applications such as pre-filtration in reverse osmosis water treatment systems, and similar high-flow filter cartridge applications, significantly reduce capital expenditure.Each RO reverse osmosis pre-treatment high-flow filter cartridge can achieve a treatment flow rate of 30 tonnes per hour, thereby reducing the number of filter cartridges required and minimising the size of the filter housing.
Our industrial-grade High Flow Pleated Filter Cartridges are designed to handle massive volumes of water with precision. Featuring a 6-inch large diameter and advanced multi-layer pleated technology, these elements provide significantly higher filtration areas than standard filters, reducing the number of cartridges needed for large RO systems.
Applications
Widely used in municipal engineering, domestic drinking water, industrial effluent, and (e.g. from chemical and metallurgical production, glass manufacturing), food (alcoholic beverages, soft drinks), the power and electronics sectors, healthcare, chemical industries, and for the advanced pre-treatment of recycled water and wastewater in pure (ultra-pure) water systems, as well as for the clarification, filtration, concentration and purification of water in bottled water production lines,as well as air and exhaust gas purification, among other economic sectors.
