Fully Automatic. High-Density Tube Sheet.
An integrated robotic welding system designed for fully automatic welding of high-density tube sheet components — featuring a high-precision positioning system, real-time arc monitoring and HUAHENG welding process platform, with 10-axis robotic control for accurate positioning, automatic correction and stable welding performance.
Supports tube-to-tube sheet flush welding, fillet welding and internal recessed welding for boilers, heat exchangers and other tube sheet applications.
