This machine is a specialized orbital automatic TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding head designed for butt welding of tubular components without filler wire. Prior to welding, the sealed chamber is filled with shielding gas to ensure optimal weld protection. Both the head body and fixture feature internal cooling. Customized compound fixtures within the client-specified pipe diameter range ensure precise workpiece alignment, eliminating the need for tack welding, thereby delivering high efficiency and superior weld quality. The system achieves precise orbital TIG tube/tube welding with exceptional repeatability and ideal results.
