ASD-115 uses styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer as the framework and builds a three-dimensional through macroporous structure with a high specific surface area through suspension polymerization process combined with pore-forming agent technology.Through the surface hydrophobic-hydrophilic balance modification and polar group optimization, the affinity of the resin for complex organic macromolecules and chromogenic substances is enhanced, and the hydrophobic interaction is formed. Its pore size distribution precisely matches the molecular size of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and dyeing dyes in coking and petrochemical wastewater, ensuring efficient adsorption and mass transfer performance. At the same time, it has excellent mechanical strength and chemical stability.

APPLICATION SCENARIOS
ASD-115 is a large porous adsorption resin based on a styrene skeleton. Mainly used for coking wastewater, petrochemical wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater decolorization and other advanced treatment.
PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
High adsorption performance: The dynamic adsorption capacity for typical dyes is ≥450mg/g, which is 2.5 times more efficient than that of activated carbon.
Broad-spectrum anti-fouling ability: Resistant to complex water quality with pH ranging from 2 to 12 and salinity ≤20%, and resistant to clogging by oils and colloids.
Outstanding renewability: Efficient desorption can be achieved by using hot alkali solution or organic solvents, with a regeneration rate of ≥95% and a cycle count of ≥800 times.
