Working Principle: The machine simulates the bicycle’s riding stress environment by applying controlled cyclic loads. When the applied load reaches the preset value, the system automatically reverses direction. The total test cycles can be preset, and the system will automatically stop when the desired count is achieved. Function and Structure: * Applies cyclic horizontal and vertical loads to the bicycle frame. * Tests the fatigue resistance and structural strength of the frame during simulated riding. * Servo-controlled system ensures accurate force application and direction control. * PLC touchscreen operation allows intuitive parameter setup and monitoring. * Automatic stop functions: overload, test completion, or sample damage detection.
