This micro drop test machine is designed for repeated drop testing of small consumer electronic products such as mobile phones, telephone handsets, walkie-talkies, MP3 players, CD players and electronic dictionaries. It evaluates the impact resistance and structural durability of electronic products under repeated free-fall conditions. Working Principle The lifting cylinder drives the upper clamp (pneumatic gripper) to descend and grip the test sample. The cylinder then rises and releases the gripper, allowing the product to fall freely from the preset height. This process is repeated automatically until the preset test count is reached.
