Instroduction

The machine is controlled by PLC,which make it has accurately operation and simple construction. The larger forming area and depth is suitable for more items which expand application range of the machine.
The machine use heating board to make PVC’s temperature up tp 100℃ and use compressed air to make PVC formed.
The heating molds of the packing machine will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the packing material from the heated mold.
Speed is shifted by step-less transducer. Blanking frequency is 45times/min.
the machine gets the function for easy cutting line embossing, batch number embossing and wasted packaging material rewinding.
Mould and feeder can be designed according to customer ‘s request.
