Fully Open-Source Human-Level Dexterity Contact-Rich Ready Agility A1 is a fully open-source humanoid robot arm designed for advanced physical-AI research and real-world deployment. Each arm offers 7 degrees of freedom, 633 mm reach, 5.5 kg weight, and up to 6 kg peak payload, with high-speed 1 kHz CAN-FD control for precise, responsive motion.
The motor system combines DAMIAO 43-series and 8009P motors, with cross-roller bearings for rigidity and precision, while the DAMIAO 4340 series delivers high payload capacity in a clean, compact form.
Complete CAD models, firmware, control code, and simulation tools are openly available, enabling rapid customization and development. With smooth teleoperation, real-time gravity compensation, and compliant, backdrivable joints, Agility A1 provides dexterous, powerful, and safe interaction for contact-intensive environments. (Note: Designed Based on the OpenArm Open-Source Platform)
