General introduction
1. TG-100G is more focused on the automobile, motorcycle, and sanitary ware industries, because these industries will use the potential difference function. 2. The surface of Ndfeb products is microporous. In the process of electrodeposition, nickel deposition penetrates into the pores of the matrix, forming an invisible interface. Therefore, there is no potential mutation unique to the conventional interface, and the conventional thickness measuring instrument cannot correctly determine the measurement end point.
3. Using TG-100G electrolytic thickness measuring instrument, using the thickness and potential measurement method can effectively solve the problem of Ndfeb permanent magnet coating measurement.
4. Multi-layer nickel coating is measured by TG-100G electrolytic thickness meter, which can analyze the thickness and potential difference of each nickel layer by curve.
