High Temperature Kevlar Felt Cover Needle Punched 6mm Thickness
Product profile
The high temperature resistant felt cover is processed by the high-temperature resistant material Kevlar fiber through a Needle-punched process. The temperature resistance can reach 480°C. It is mainly used in the first or second stage of the belt cooling bed. The main function is to transmit aluminum profiles and to achieve a cooling effect, in the process, because there is no gap in the surface of the felt cover, the flatness of the felt cover is ensured, thus ensuring the aesthetic appearance of the aluminum profile (will not leave any marks on the surface of the profile).
Kevlar conveyor felt belts are capable of withstanding operating temperatures of up to 480˚ C /. High strength and superior abrasion resistance make this a preferred product for many extrusion conveying tables. This cover has PBO fibers with resistance to chemicals and extreme temperatures. It is flame-resistant, self-extinguishing, and its instantaneous temperature resistance is 480 °C.high temp. seamless belt. Only suitable for runout table and cooling table (High Temp Zone)
