Product profile
Our high temperature seamless felt belts are mainly used for the aluminum extrusion industry. Due to the temperature of the aluminum profile just coming out of the extrusion press will be around 600°C, the general conveyor belt will be deformed or even burned when exposed to such a high temperature. Our high-temperature seamless felt belts are made of special high-temperature resistant materials by special processes. The highest temperature resistance is 600°C. It is a conveyor belt specially designed for the aluminum extrusion industry. It has seamless belts, rollers, and pads for you to choose from. All sizes also could be customized as your requirements.
PBO Kevlar conveyor felt belts are capable of withstanding operating temperatures of up to 600˚ C /. High strength and superior abrasion resistance make this a preferred product for many extrusion conveying tables. This cover has PBO fibers with resistance to chemicals and extreme temperatures. It is flame-resistant, self-extinguishing, and its instantaneous temperature resistance is 600 °C.high temp. seamless belt. Only suitable for runout table and cooling table (High Temp Zone)
