Beyond extended lifespan, Tufflex screens operate with significantly reduced noise compared to wire counterparts, minimizing sound emissions from clashing objects on the screen surface.
Tufflex technology substantially reduces pegging and blinding issues, particularly within the partially welded screen range. The secondary vibration effects, combined with the smooth polyurethane finish and movement between wires, effectively prevent material from adhering to the screen surface.
