1.The Carrier Rope Description
The performance carrier rope is abrasion-resistant and high-temperature resistant (180-280 ° C). It is suitable for paper guide in the papermaking process.
According to the different raw materials, the carrier rope can be divided into: polyester carrier rope , Sino-foreign joint venture DuPont silk carrier rope (used by most domestic paper rope manufacturers).
Pure imported DuPont silk carrier rope (used by our company). Divided into:. Waxed carrier rope , light dyeing carrier rope , primary color carrier rope , according to the process can be divided into core carrier rope and hollow carrier rope (commonly recommended).
Feature
Carrier Rope is made by fine fiber for carrying the paper during the paper making. The paper carrier rope is made of multifiament polyamide fibre with special impregnation-super coating, featured with low elongation and low abrasion. It has 8-straid braided structure, anti-high temperature and wer-resistant. By using a ultra high temperature heat setting process, the maxium of rope-stretch is taken out.
Carrier Rope for paper machine is the prevailing and most widespread type of braided coreless paper carrier rope. It is made of multifilament polyamide fibre with special impregnation. It is characterized by easy splicing, high abrasion resistance and temperature resistance, as well as durability in drying sections.
