Product Description
POLY urethane fine screen mesh for silica sand screening is manufactured from high-quality polyurethane sheet with precision screen surface. This abrasion-resistant polyurethane screen mesh offers significantly longer service life compared to traditional woven vibrating screen mesh.
The anti-blinding property enables efficient screening of materials previously considered difficult or impossible to screen. With extremely fine openings down to 0.075mm, this screen mesh is suitable for a wide variety of wet and dry applications.
These screens operate with low noise and require minimal maintenance, making them ideal replacements for perforated vibrating screen mesh. Additionally, polyurethane fine screen mesh provides superior wear resistance and excellent acid and alkali resistance compared to woven alternatives.
