Industry poly web urethane fine screen mesh 0.35mm aperture screen sieve is made of high-quality polyurethane sheet with superior screen surface. This polyurethane fine screen mesh offers excellent abrasion resistance and significantly longer service life compared to traditional woven vibrating screen mesh. The anti-blinding property enables efficient screening of materials previously considered difficult or impossible to screen. With extremely fine openings as small as 0.075mm, this screen mesh is suitable for a wide variety of wet and dry applications.
The industry poly web urethane fine screen mesh features extremely fine openings for accurate separation, low noise operation, and minimal maintenance requirements, making it an ideal replacement for perforated vibrating screen mesh. Additionally, it provides superior wear resistance and excellent acid and alkali resistance compared to woven vibrating screen mesh.
