Corrosion-resistant and tolerant of acids and alkalis, it thrives in harsh working conditions, from concentrate dehydration to carbon slurry separation. The screen's precise seams (customizable from 0.075mm upwards) ensure accurate particle grading, while its low friction surface prevents material buildup, keeping pores clear.
Elastic by nature, it handles large throughputs with efficient dewatering, vital for tailings dry discharge. Customizable in size (305×610mm, 500×500mm, etc.) and installation (bolts, Card slot type, rail seats), it adapts to any setup. The double-hardness MDI structure—soft surface, hard base—reduces clogging, boosting efficiency and longevity.
