The chill roll is a water-cooled roll that cools the hot melt film. Chill roller is widely used in master casting forming of BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, BOPS, BOPI biaxial oriented stretching line and longitudinal stretching line.

The chill roller helps to ensure uniform thickness, flatness, and quality of the films.
