Main Functions

1. Thickness Sanding: Eliminates thickness deviations during the board pressing process, ensuring uniform board thickness (accuracy up to ±0.1mm).

2. Surface Finishing: Removes surface burrs, glue marks, indentations, and other defects, improving surface flatness and smoothness, preparing the surface for subsequent processes such as veneering and painting.

3. Edge Finishing: Some equipment can simultaneously trim the edges of the boards, ensuring precise dimensions and smooth edges.

Core Structure and Working Principle

- Grinding Head System: Installs sanding belts or grinding wheels, driven by a motor for high-speed rotation or reciprocating motion to grind the board surface.

- Conveying System: Transports the boards using rollers or belts, ensuring stable passage through the sanding area.

- Pressure Adjustment Device: Controls the pressure of the abrasive on the board through a hydraulic or pneumatic system, adapting to boards of different thicknesses and materials.

- Dust Removal System: Equipped with a dust collection device to promptly remove dust generated during grinding, ensuring a safe operating environment and equipment operation.
