Apertures, available in square or rectangular shapes, span 1.5mm to 45mm, with custom rectangular slots as narrow as 0.7mm for fine separation tasks. This versatility makes Tufflex suitable for everything from coarse aggregate screening to precise mineral classification.
Its construction—fully or partially welded—adds durability, while optional welded polyurethane sheets reinforce areas prone to impact, such as near hooks, further enhancing wear resistance.

Maintenance remains straightforward, with tension checks mirroring traditional protocols.
