Manufacturing Process
Material Preparation: High-grade polyurethane raw materials including pre-polymers and curing agents are selected based on abrasion resistance and elasticity requirements. Additives such as UV stabilizers and anti-aging agents are blended to enhance longevity.
Mold Design & Fabrication: Precision CNC-machined molds crafted from stainless steel or aluminum, incorporating exact aperture geometry. Mold surfaces are polished to ensure smooth demolding and dimensional accuracy.
Casting & Curing: Liquid polyurethane mixture is vacuum-degassed, poured into preheated molds, and subjected to controlled-temperature curing in hydraulic presses. Post-curing thermal treatment enhances tensile strength and chemical resistance.
Demolding & Trimming: Cured screens are carefully demolded with excess flash removed using precision cutting tools. Edge sealing is applied to prevent delamination.
Quality Control: Aperture verification using laser scanners, durability testing with simulated high-frequency vibration cycles, and material certification per ISO 9001 standards.
Surface Treatment: Optional anti-static coatings or custom-colored finishes for specific industrial requirements.
