The mining hydrocyclone separator is a high-efficiency classification and separation device widely used in mineral processing plants, coal washing plants, sand washing systems, tailings treatment, and grinding circuits. By utilizing centrifugal force, the hydrocyclone can effectively separate particles of different sizes and densities without any moving parts, ensuring stable performance, low maintenance cost, and long service life.

Mining hydrocyclones are commonly applied in gold ore, iron ore, copper ore, lead-zinc ore, lithium ore, silica sand, coal slurry, and tailings recovery systems. The slurry is fed into the cyclone tangentially under pressure, generating a high-speed rotating flow inside the cyclone body. Under centrifugal force:
