Production Description:
Our heavy duty hydrocyclone separator for mining applications is designed to deliver reliable classification performance under harsh working environments. The cyclone body uses durable polyurethane elastomer material which provides outstanding wear life and corrosion resistance compared with conventional steel products. The equipment separates particles according to density and size by high speed centrifugal force and is suitable for mineral beneficiation coal preparation and sand washing systems. The hydrocyclone can operate continuously with minimal maintenance because it contains no rotating parts. Different colors diameters and lining materials are available to satisfy various project requirements. OEM manufacturing and customized dimensions are supported for global mining customers.
Our hydrocyclone system is engineered to deliver consistent performance in classification and separation processes. The advanced design ensures stable vortex formation, improving efficiency. Mining hydrocyclones are commonly applied in gold ore, iron ore, copper ore, lead-zinc ore, lithium ore, silica sand, coal slurry, and tailings recovery systems. The equipment is suitable for classification, concentration, desliming, dewatering, and fines recovery in both wet grinding and beneficiation processes.
