This design is particularly effective in self-cleaning applications, where the vibration of the composite bars helps to eject near-size particles and prevent blinding. The panel's design promotes a more uniform distribution of material, which minimizes localized buildup and clogging. Widely used in coal washing and fine mineral classification, this product is produced by Huatao Wire Mesh, a globally recognized supplier with over 18 patented screening products.
