The High Stability Polyurethane Fine Screen Sieve Plate Mesh Panel is a heavy-duty solution for fine material separation in mining. Achieving stability in fine screening is difficult, as the small apertures can easily be distorted by the weight of the ore slurry. Our panels address this by integrating a high-tensile strength embedded steel frame—or even a reinforced steel rod system—directly into the specially formulated polyurethane. This ensures that the fine apertures, which can be as narrow as 0.1mm to 2.5mm in width, remain perfectly shaped even under high-G vibration and heavy loading.
The performance characteristics of these panels are exceptional, providing a wear resistance that is 3–8 times better than traditional stainless steel fine-mesh. This longevity is especially valuable in high-volume mining recovery plants, such as those for gold, iron, or phosphate, where downtime is extremely costly. Available in multiple thicknesses (30mm, 45mm, 50mm), these panels provide a thick "wear zone" that protects the structural skeleton. They are typically designed for multi-deck linear or high-frequency screens, with standard sizes available to fit most global equipment brands. By combining the structural rigidity of steel with the flexible, wear-resistant properties of polyurethane, this fine screen panel offers a stable and high-recovery screening solution for the most demanding mineral processing tasks.
