Product Features:
1. Self-aligning swivel action - The ball joint provides limited angular movement so the base plate can follow pitted or inclined concrete surfaces. This improves substrate contact, reduces unsupported rail-foot points and minimizes the need for multiple shims.
2. Supports angled rail positioning - The saw rail can be installed at a limited angle for stair cutting, angled openings and other bevel-cutting applications without modifying the base plate.
3. Faster wall saw setup - When the system is moved between cutting positions, the support adapts to the new mounting surface with less repeated shimming, reducing installation and alignment time.
4. Improved load distribution and rail protection - Compensation for substrate-angle variation helps reduce rail twist, abnormal wear on the saw-head carriage and the risk of blade vibration or tracking deviation during cutting.
5. Conventional anchored installation - The support must still be secured with a suitable concrete anchor. The swivel function compensates for surface angle; it does not replace anchoring or restraint against cutting forces and vibration.
